I like both of those trucks. I would love to have the duely. Notice I didn't call it a square body and I know people will disagree with me but that's not square enough to be called a square body. My 76 is square as hell but my 85 is not nor is that 91. Just my opinion. I still like it and would love to have one.
73-87 for half ton and up til 91 or 92 for the suburban blazer and 3/4, 1ton trucks were all square bodies the biggest difference is when the changed the front end
@@mattelam5397 yeah they say that but I have had a few of them and the hood and fender shapes changed over the years. My 76 has a hood with a 4 inch flat face on the front and the fenders are almost square. My 85 has a 2 inch flat face on the front of the hood and the fenders are a little different shape that curves down to the front from a side view and the fenders and hood are not interchangeable between those two years. Meaning I can't use my hood from the 85 on my 76. My 88 and 91 hoods don't have any real front flat face on the hood and the side view the fender shape slopes down even more than the 85. You can't interchange the hood and fender between the 85 and 88. The 88 looks more like the OBS. Yes you are right they are all called square body but are they really? I personally don't consider my 85 a square body like my 76. Just my opinion.
