So I was married to someone for 10 years. I posted our lives on FB along with our 2 year old son. I posted ALL about our perfect life. MY perfect life. In all reality my husband and i were no longer sleeping in the same bed, we never talked... I was so lonely. We are no longer married but share our son together with zero animosity. Now that I look back I cant even believe I was like that. Me and my son had beautiful clothes, we went on trips as a family. .it was all a lie. I have seriously grown up since then. Thanks for this read through, I haven’t got to part 4 yet (maybe I should before I post a comment) but I really don’t agree that Chris was a narcissist. Everyone that knew him said his was a great husband and father (surely that requires empathy)? I believe he was an extremely weak man who had been manipulated by every woman in his life. From his mother to his lover. His mum and sister hated Shanann, so there was that conflict, and his mistress showed nothing but contempt for Shanann, so imo it was all that influence in his life that contributed to this tragic event.
But you have to remember that he didn’t just murder Shanann. He also murdered his children. It’s like people keep forgetting this important part. Sociopaths can be very charismatic and or likable. That’s why they’re dangerous.

Bella had seasonal allergies but no food allergies. Cece was allergic to tree nuts & kiwi to the extent that she was prescribed an epi pen- doctors don’t just hand those out. With kids, the next allergic reaction can be more severe than the last. So why take the chance? They didn’t give Bella anything Cece couldn’t have - if you have kids this makes sense- you’ll have a tantrum on your hands if one gets something & the other doesn’t. Bless them ❤

I read the entire police report (1960 pages) Her conversations with her friend Addy explains she had no idea what was wrong with him,bc before she left she told Addy that he couldn’t keep his hands off her, and had sexual relations several times before she left. Shannan told Addy he was very distant and tried to talk to Chris but he said it was him,not her. Addy asked if she might be a little sensitive bc of her pregnancy, fair question, but Addy told her There was no way Chris would cheat on her and he loved her so much.
