@kelsey saint, What a great song and I thought Harlow was appropriate and it definitely worked well with the amazing Jung Kook ( I am sure you know he started out as a rapper. Ludicris is someone I would like to see Jung Kook work with. , Ludicris did an awesome video and co writer of a song also written by Carrie Underwood called “ The Champion “ powerful song. ). You are so sweet and so is your dad , what a great channel to see a father and daughter do this together. I’m glad I joined. Btw Jung Kook is amazing and reminds a bit of Justin Timberlake in this song, the vocals are so good on Jung Kook. His voice is amazing but in some of his songs I hear people who really inspired him like Michael Jackson , Usher, Justin and so many more. SNTY is my more favoured song from JK too. And the baby face of pop music is one year older than Jack Harlow and never avoids anything dangerous btw..😄 Personally I like Jack Harlow and be able to smile about his part and what he said, but in Asia they dislike him cause of that „disrespectful“ part of the song…
Korean age system is different then international system. JK is actually 2 years younger than stated. Most Koreans are just a year younger. Some, like JK...because of a certain time he was born he is 2 years younger.
I'm glad to see you and dad bonding over music. K-pop 101 lesson. Fans of groups have a bias, favorite member, but also a least favorite member. So expect fans to suggest you watch their bias next. I'd caution against that. It's best to view one members solo material fully, then move to the next. There's less confusion and you learn each one's style. 3D is a great song, but some females found Harlow's version offensive. Many of them dropped Jungkook because of it. He made a remix with Justin Timberlake, which helped a little. Fans who love Jungkook often pick one version over another, but continue to support him and his music. Give the Timberlake version a listen. Because BTS has so much material, you could spend 2 years getting up to speed. Hopefully you will focus on each members solo project (2022/2023) for now. Once you comfortable with each, then look at their work as a group. But sprinkle a few of your dad's people in between. Maxwell, MJ, Beyonce, early Mariah. Parliament, Chaka Khan, Whitney, are a good start. Be patient and people will find you.
First of all, I don’t care what their so called reason was but dropping JUNGKOOK just b/c they simply didn’t like the opposite person’s verse of the song is flat out petty, they’re not real fans BRRUHHH. I know nothing about this Harlow guy nor liked his verse but im not going to let it ruin me stanning JUNGKOOK 🙄
As you see in the reply to my comment, people are passionate when it comes to BTS members. My advice, let them work it out, since often someone only wants to vent.
@@ellie_jeannI don't judge a fans commitment and I'm okay if they leave. Fans loyal to Jungkook will support him in or out of the group. Plus, currently we are doing well so there's no reason to beg anyone to stay. Every BTS member has individual followers who must figure out how to handle group activities and solo projects. If they're successful BTS and it's members will have great careers well into the future. A military is made up of many separate units who come together for one objective. BTS fans can do the same, and hopefully they will in the future.
@@vmarie9535 I don’t care if they stay or leave, but to claim they’re still fans after quitting on him simply b/c the opposite guy’s verse is downright petty whether they continue to support him afterwards and also its literally not that hard handling both unless the individual makes it hard and/or they have extremely busy dramatic real life that keeps them from being able to keep track etc.

It is interesting to see the opinion of someone who is not ARMY compared to someone who is ARMY. Kelsey is right in saying she is coming, knowing BTS members back-story does change your perspective on the song.

As a 63 year old, I accept your dad's challenge to try and find some videos of real old school music to react to. Props to him that you even knew Candy Girl. Smokey Robinson and Anderson Paak did a collab a few years ago that was really good! I'll try to remember the name. Did you hear any of the Silk Sonic music when Anderson and Bruno Mars collaborated? I have a feeling your Dad will be passing out 10/10 for pretty much every one of their songs, especially since Bootsy Collins was part of that album.
There's a 3D remix with JK and Justin Timberlake. Also, watch JK Live at TSX Time Square. The crowd congregated with only 30 minutes notice. It's been rated the best Pop Up Concert ever.
