This language is a love song to these two 😂 but I feel most bad for Viserys for having to deal with these two troublemakers individually, imagine his fear of them getting married. You can’t put two bombs together.
I really have to commend both Matt and Milly for how hard they must have worked to get this language down enough to really act through it. It doesn't sound like they're just saying some made up words, it sounds like they're speaking an actual language. Matt even managed to throw a stutter in there at 4:04, and it completely fits and sounds natural with the translation: "I doubt a child could grow in such -- such hostile environs."
High Valyrian was created specifically for the show, it's technically an actual language now with an extensive vocabulary and grammar. If I remember correctly, the creator (David Peterson) also created Dothraki. It's absolutely amazing. I wish we'd hear more of it.
From interview I think Matt really know how to speak high valyrian. Emma and him often used it to talk to eo on set, pity we didnt get much of them talking in high valyrian anymore
They're both unconventionally attractive people and really aesthetically pleasing to the eye to see together with the same coloring and the long boy/short girl height difference.
@@pyotrmikhaylov I doubt it since They are all cousin wed anyway but Daemon (Daemon with his Bronze Bitch). King Viserys himself was married to his cousin Aemma Arryn Targaryen
God I love high Valyrian. Whenever Daenerys would speak it I’d get all warm and fuzzy when THESE TWO speak it um it’s just next level sexy. Why isn’t this a learned language?
@@fazediamond5671 She birthed mostly boys, and would have been celebrated as a woman who took her duty to heart... literally. Lol. You think she and daemon wouldn't have had a bevy of boys? She only had one girl, and the infant was stillborn. All her successful pregnancies were male infants. So plenty of heirs and even more spares.
@@XLilHydraX Its so awesome when u could speak a sentence fluently, I plan to use it same as Daemon and Rhaenyra for private conversations. But I must stress it is a long and tiresome course, and practically useless unless u have someone to speak it to, its verb placement is the most taxing for me personally besides its long duration and it has some issues like missing audio and certain sentences not keeping in its previous teachings. I have a desire to perfectly pronounce its syllables as do u I believe as u wish to be fluent as well. If u have the desire to commit and someone to use it with its awesome, otherwise I honestly can’t really recommend it for your time.
@@EdwardHarrison. I do wish to pronounce high Valyrian fluently, not only just to know it but to understand it while I watch the GOT franchise, however my partner has heard me speak it and wants to learn as well, which can be fun. I had planned on sticking with it weather or not he learns too. It’s a beautiful language
They make it clearer in the book but he, the finest warrior and most unpredictable man in the realm would hang out with her, just her, a lot. And when he was, he was off travelling to find her presents and bring them back to her, and he'd spend hours telling her stories. This was a political match on paper, but they both shared a deep connection through their love of their culture, and how they weren't afraid to embrace it.
Learn Latin first. Use the traditional structured method for learning it and within six months you will have an amazing foundation to learn both Elvish and Valyrian. There is an amazing book called Gwynne’s Latin that is a small but extremely powerful tool. You can study the real Valyrian Empire which is the Romans.
