My problem with the not support the ESL is that blizzard directly supports saudi themselves. If you truly were trying to "be moral" and not support saudi you would quit overwatch and go pro elsewhere. But instead you help bring views to other parts of blizzard which will ultimately support saudi by proxy of blizzard.

the very least you can do while participating in saudi-supported events and such is to speak up or criticise it in some way, and masaa has made a statement by not attending ewc, thus not being completely compliant and silent about the situation. he also still needs money to live off of so its not that easy to just quit as you think it is.
