@@mkm5150 Haha we have the most major trophies, 2 more than United, and also another damning fact 19-6 beats 20-3, face it since fergie has gone you have gone back to the United of old, odd cup win here and there, we are England's top club at home and abroad, the benchmark english club in Europe, European royalty, uefa blue badge holder and back on our fucking perch and you have Ole Pogba and Mcguire for the next 4 seasons lol.
The energy in this version is just OFF the freaking page, it wipes the floor not only with the studio version but also most other live versions of this song I've heard. They really cranked up the tempo on this one and it suits the song so goddamn well.
I agree. When I heard this on 'The Long Goodbye' album I was absolutely floored at how fantastic it sounds. I love the studio version but this version is far superior and kicks all kinds of ass.
today is the first day i've ever even heard of this band. i'm going to agree with you. after spending hours just watching everything they have on youtube i have fallen in love
The energy that both James and Nancy (and the rest of the band), are giving to this song is just part of one of the reasons that LCD is my favourite band of all time. An excerpt from Nancy telling a story about their early tour days: "The thing we always had going for us most was that we were fucking loud. No matter what happened, we could just like tear people's faces off with just sound".
Heard this song years ago covered by Slaves, never bothered to check the original version, then yesterday popped up in Spotify and wowwww, this is perfect
