UPDATE: - Sanfew Serums are an option to have even more inventory space open up for extra prayer (and trip length) since it's an antipoison and a super restore all in one! - Guthan's can also work for Healing but I don't like it as much as other options because it takes up 4 inventory slots and can take awhile to actually heal you as much as you want. Pretty late as a response, but you can bring a pretty low level alt as a mule to save even more space. it just needs 43 prayer to get through the caves and an ok HP level. Just follow your main through the caves to take less aggro, and then you don't need a pet rock and don't need to waste inventory spaces on stams or rune thrownaxe. Just stock up the alt and trade over what you need to start the fight. Gives a resupply once you run out too, so you can put in a little more effort on getting down there to have an extra inventory of supplies. You can trade it at any point after killing supreme mid trip if you need something or want to give it a drop and get down with plenty of time to run to rex.

For those wondering with a similar bank to mine, I was able to do DKs with bowfa, just a fang and defender switch for melee, and ahrims top, bottom, occult, trident and book swap for mage, if you’re using bowfa it’s not worth bringing a full melee swap as fang will hit consistent 30+ on supreme with crystal armour on Just don’t bring a melee swap, you will save inventory space allowing more supplies and allowing longer trips

Dragonbone necklace is pretty good here if you are killing these and don’t get noted bone drops. You’ll probably end up burying them anyway, so may as well swap to the necklace when you do for +4 pray points

Nice video. Even for high lvl pvmers who never do dks and need to do it for cb achievements. If you want i could help you with a gwd guide (especially bandos i know quite a lot of different methods and ways to improve kill times and trip length)

I basically never do GWD solo, I wouldn't have any credibility to talk on it. It's something I've thought about learning but I don't want to commit the time to. I appreciate it though, I'll look back to this comment and hit you up if I ever do plan on going forward with it :)

@@TryHardCasual hahaha no neither do I. What I actually meant was more general duo trio and tips you might he able to use for solo's. I mean more things like what kind of specs are better and if it is better to do certain things over others. Like calculate if bringing highalchs or thralls/deaths charge is better. Also a spot to prevent bandos ever start attacking you (great when there are crashers and u want them to tank the boss)

nah by far the best method to get here that nobody talks about is having lunar island teleport inside your house. walk a couple steps to the bank and talk to one of the bankes besides the far right banker. they will kick you off the island because you are not wearing a seal of passage and you will be right next to the ship to go to water birthisland.

Yeah that is a decent option but if you straight up just have a Waterbirth Island Portal in your PoH that's the fastest way to get there. I probably should have mentioned it as an option tho!

Makes more sense to me to kill in the order of Supreme, Prime then Rex. I never got why people waste time to lure Rex into safespot while praying against Prime to kill Rex. Like, Rex hits so low you can sometimes just tank him without pray anyway. And Prime is the most dangerous by far, so makes more sense to kill him as soon as possible. Also, I never bother to flick if Supreme and Prime are on me, lol. As a fellow casual, you can tank them even without Bandos armor and just pray mage. Just my perspective.

If your stats are high or you have good gear then yeah you can tank some hits when you're setting things up and not worry about flicking. I would rather tell people the safe way to do things and let them decide if they want to deviate from it. Even if Rex hits low and you can tank most of his shots, I would rather not let him do that when there is an extremely simple way to avoid it all together. And as long as you attack while you move you technically don't waste any time luring Rex over to a safespot. On the very first rotation, yes, you will lose some prayer while keeping pray Magic on while killing Rex as Prime is hitting you, BUT it's really only like that on the initial setup. After the first rotation you can kill Rex 99% of the time without having to worry about Prime attacking you. I guess it really doesn't matter what order you kill them in as long as you can get into a consistent groove. The only thing I can think of is that you wouldn't be able to use the same safespot for Rex that I show. If Supreme spawned after Rex then the safespot by the ladder would be compromised. This is just the way I learned it and I pass it on. Nothing wrong about your order at all :)

Just to confirm, on task with slayer helm, rigour, 99 range and amethyst darts out dps full crystal, slay helm, and bowfa with same pray and lvl?

I calc'd this a long time ago so I ran it again just now. With all the gear I have in my recommended setup, on task, it is showing me that the Blowpipe w/ Amethyst Darts/99 Range + Range Pot/Rigour has a very slightly better expected time to kill. If you use Dragon Darts instead then the DPS on the Blowpipe can start being noticeably better than the bowfa at level 91 Range actually. I didn't look into Dragon Dart usage when I made the video too deeply since, at the time, I wasn't using them because I was worried about their cost, but they are certainly worth it from a dps increase viewpoint.

If I have a duo, how would it change the setup? Is it better to tribrid or specialise one person for supreme and the other for prime?

I'm sorry I'm late to replying but here goes. If you're going to duo and at least one of you is experienced or a high level, I would suggest having one person kill two of the Kings and having the other person just worry about the third. You end up saving combined inventory spaces when both of you don't have to worry about bringing complete tribrid gear. But if it's both of your first times, or you might be on the lower end of levels/gear, then I say start off with both of you tribriding. After a trip or two you guys would get a feel for how the rotations work and then split up the workload. At least that's my opinion on it, anyway. :)

I have not tried it but I think you might be able to get away with that. It seems to me that Supreme is the fastest to kill for whatever reason, so downgrading to a main hand SGS might still be alright to save overall inv.

bringing full guthan's is 4 slots but also effective for healing against Spinolyps

Guthan's is an alright option. I didn't include it because it takes up so much inventory space and there isn't a ton of time in between kills a lot of the time (unless you maybe bring better gear than I did). I will add it to the update comment though.

Im 90/95/90 melee and 95 range 90 mage with some mediocre gear and i cant just seem to get more than 40-45 kills pr trip

I mean that's not too far off from what my numbers were per trip, it sounds like what I would expect. Those extra levels can make a huge difference, along with getting better gear too.

@@TryHardCasual i actually switched up my setup and didnt bring any melee gear, but i melee with my d hides on and then brought better magic/range switches and more prayer pots and now im doing 50-60 kills a trip :) thanks for the vid man

To be honest I'm not entirely sure. I've ran the normal Crystal Bow w/ Crystal Armor on some other stuff Vs. a Blowpipe and it came out as more dps in some situations. I wasn't sure if the Calc was correct though so I decided to not include it. I think it's possible but I can't say it is for sure without just going out with it and seeing how it hits and manually time my kills hah.
