How to make a brokenly OP character in Daggerfall Unity.
Creating an OP custom class, becoming a lycanthrope (to become even more OP) and obtaining the Hircine Ring immediately after leaving the starting dungeon.

Primary skills:
Long Blade - If you prefer a different type of melee weapon, you can probably substitute this for a different one without it necessarily mattering much once you get a weapon of the right type.
Destruction - Very useful for many situations - especially early-game when your melee weapon is of a low material type that is ineffective against some enemies.
Critical Strike - Gains skill increases quickly with no effort, speeding up leveling
Major skills:
Restoration - Healing spells are extremely useful pretty much always.
Stealth, Jumping - Basically useless, but these gain skill increases quickly and with very little effort, speeding up leveling.
Minor skills:
Mysticism - Useful for reducing cost of spells such as Recall, but doesn't really gain skill quickly, hence why I put it in minor skills instead of major.
Running - Useless, but gains skill increases quickly and effortlessly as you run around, speeding up leveling.
Everything else is largely irrelevant, and you can pick other stuff if you like. I just picked the stuff I thought to be least useless.
