Dahi Puri, aslo called bubble biscuit, is a very crispy snack. You can poke a hole in the biscuit and fill with your favourite food, such as yoghurt. There are many ways to make this snack. Some people add baking powder in the recipe to make them puff up. Some use club soda to make the dough, and some add oil in the dough. After trying many recipes for many times, I finally got this recipe with simple ingredients. All you need is two kinds of flour, some hot water and oil for deep frying. Most of your biscuit will puff up if you follow my tutorial. Don’t forget to keep the recipe and try it.
