hello po just wanted to ask. direct hired po si husband sa canada. and everyting is ok naman and waiting nalang lumabas ang ticket nya. tapos nung time na nag fillout po siya ng mga papers hindi na muna niya dineclare baby namin, since unexpected po lahat yung pangyayare baka daw ma denied sya or baka daw po iniisip nila na porket nag apply sya is dadalhin kami kaagad don which is mali pala yon sabi nila. may possible pa po ba na maayos ni husband yung papers niya na may anak po kami?
Dapat po nag-declare na po siya na may baby kayo...at may asawa siya...puwede pong maging ground yun for cancellation or kung halimabawa na nandito na siya...baka ma-deport pa...to honest may ganyang kasi..NUrse hindi nag-declare ng family..last year pinauwi ng Canada....baka mahabol niyo pa po yung papers....sayang naman...

Good morning po, may question lang po ako. Yung asawa ko po kasi ay direct hired sa canada, done n sa medical done n din sa biometrics and waiting n lang po ng Passport request para sa stamping ng visa. But sadly, all of sudden bgla po nagemail ang IRCC saying na narefuse ang work permit application nya due to reason na " not able to demonstrate the work you seek". But as per his consultant, need dw po ng diploma from school kung saan sya nggraduate ng welder. And after, naprovide nmn nya po at waiting po kami to reapply. My chance po kaya na maapproved n sya since naprovide nya na ang kulang n diploma? 1 more question is, kung ano po b ung reason of ground for refusal emaning un lang po ba ang problema? Or possible sa 2nd application nya magkaron let ng grounds, dhil different offcer n po kasi ang magrereview. I mean is dun n lng b cla magfofocus sa naunang reason? Thank u po.
