@@Loveless_Adam One has to wonder why SI even goes through the logistical hassle of having a bugs section in their official forums when they're predisposed by default to link everything to the player.

That's why I call it Stress Inducing Games instead of Sports Interactive Games nowadays.. People(gamers) get tired of spending hard earned money on recycled shit.. Which is why the majority of players wait for a pirated version of the game..

@@Loveless_Adam Is it really a majority though? I wish it was because the financial impact of that scenario on SI's profit margins would likely force them to consider putting some actual effort into the making of the game and not be as patronizing to their customers. It's long overdue imo, this series has become a stale joke, with awfully primitive and underwhelming AI by 2020's standards and a buggy interface. It continues to evade greater scrutiny and harsher setbacks due to having a completely undisputed monopoly on the football managing niche.

There is a reason why we LET an assistant manager or other coach to handle the U-13 match. The U-13 league is too awesome for human brain to comprehend

Don't worry about it bro. In the school cup final which was played on a frozen pitch, I got a through ball, dribbled the keeper and slipped on the ice almost literally on the line and sent the ball over. Even after like 10 years now, me and the team captain who is also my BFF still laugh our asses off. Well, he does, I fell on my ass and it hurt like hell for like 2 months.

@@tAgJaCk3D speaking of ice and such - my team did go on to win the title that year. I still had no goals playing as either right wing or high up midfield in the center. We won the title and went to play Champions of Champions. We had to play in the snow. I was the only player who didn't realise we had to go to the snow and I forgot to bring my cold gear. Too late to go home to get it so we took the team bus and off we went on a 3 hour trip. It got colder and colder, saw some snow and I was freezing my ass off. All I had was a hand me down club hoodie my manager had lying around. It was a couple sizes too small. I was embarrassed as hell and felt another future story coming on for me to sweat over. Anyway we are playing, 15 minutes in 0-0 and our striker hurt himself. We had some players better than me on the bench but coach picked me to come on, much to my shock. I was glad I got to warm up and actually run around. Literally with my first touch, I fed a ball through 1-0. Assist. 1-0 at half time. I was playing pretty well and feel like I had adapted to the cold better than everyone. Haha. It was also weird, the cold made me feel way fitter, like I could run faster and longer. Second half, I get a through ball at half way and I sprint toward keeper. I got just outside the box when asshole tripped me - last man. Though as I was falling, I just hit that ball as hard as I could. It was a rocket from outside the box. No one saw that missle. I just saw it hit the back of the net and all the ice formed on the net just EXPLODED. It was majestic to see - the greatest moment of my life at the time. I will never forget the roar from parents that had made the trip. There were about 400-500 fans at the game and as a kid playing U16's thats a lot of people. It was my first ever goal. I had played as a centre back the previous 4 seasons and was made into a forward by a new manager cause he said I was too technical to be wasted at the back. I got 1 goal and 4 assists that game. We won 7-0. I got man of the match. Whenever I think of the open goal I missed, I can just recall this game and how I destroyed a team basically on my own. I scored the next match as well, from a corner - header. I finished the season with two goals and about 12-13 assists. I felt like Maradona that day.

Eh You can still view the matches in 2D. Was there any other option????

@@turbomax1178 They still do but in FM17 you could view it in 2d but highly detailed. Like still showing the stands with supporters. It was a small detail that I liked

@@turbomax1178 Yea I miss that. And you could also see the weather effects despite being in 2d. Like during the winter you'd see snow here and there on the ground or during the summer, the shadows created by the sun would keep getting bigger and bigher as the sun was beginning to set. Honestly it's a cool little option and shame on them they took it out.

@@EagleEye517 2d is awful. It’s heartless. Having a 3d match view, watching actual football, rather than 11 vs 11 checkers, is the heart and soul of any football manager game. Its a shame some sad fm f@cks don’t get that because they’re 150% obsessed with tactics and ‘being able to see everything tactically’ no. You can do both on 3d.
