Gym and boxing are great physical outlets. Boxing used to be my go to but for the past couple years I've been focusing on the gym as I'm getting into my mid thirties. I feel you man, lots of stress at our age with everything going on economically, politically, and socially. I find picking up a new book and putting my phone down for awhile helps a lot, we spend too much time on these things. Great video, really like the WRX and miss my old manual mazda3 that I replaced this year. Subscribed.
If you have access to counseling, find a therapist. Mental health is just as important as physical health. There are affordable options too, places with sliding scale payments, places that accept medicad/Medicare. Take care of yourself.
