Hi, I discovered you by watching your videos on RU-vid. I have an Epson L1800 printer converted to DTF, to print only white logos on a black t-shirt, can I get excellent results by printing the white isotro at 1440x720 or should I print the white at 1440x1440?

The same thing applies to my machine today. After 2 print, the white ink will fade away. Have done the head cleaning, Nozzle check. I already have circulation and stirring tank for my white ink so no need to be shaking every 5mins. Please help out

go for proper head cleaning through company service they have some chemcials which clean your head properly.

Zaruri nhi hai but isea head me ink jam nhi hoti or printer smooth run hota hai so Daily ek normal paper pr bhi ap print kr skte ho or koi problem nhi ki 3 day baad bhi kro bs ye steps follow kr liyega agr zada din se bnd pada hai to

Hello there . When I print all black and colored t-shirts, the color of whites and all other colors changes. turns blue. darkening. but when I print on a white t-shirt, there is no problem. I just bought my machine and have been using it for 2 days. I have never been able to print on a black t-shirt. Do you have any experience as to why? I think it's from paint. what do you think?

@@esrayakar5980 these are things you have follow to solve your problem 1.check your heatpress handle pressure must not be tight it must be medium pressure for just 6 seconds 2. Check the base of white is good or not if white is faded than do the process I have told in my vedio 3. I think the problem is may be handle pressure of heatpress it must be to tight or white base ink is fading on petfilm

Hi , when I print the white colour wording the colour is not bright looks like light grey any solution for this ?

That is happening because you are not shaking you ink tank . Shake your ink tank for 30 sec properly 2 times a day . White ink has a chemical in it and it needs some circulation movements to mix it well with the colour so use have to shake it well and do the head ejection process that I have told in this vedio

I have already transfer the white ink via injection and done shaking ..I shake everytime before printing ..but still the same result and the white coating will only come if I do strong cleaning

My white ink has this issue daily. After like 5 prints, white will become faded. Do I need to do those maintenance everytime my ink become faded?

If you are doing continue printing for long time just shake your ink tank after every 3 print
