This is a Daily Practice video for early SightSinging Level 1. Singing these brief exercises daily will develop an ear for sound combinations that are key to successful sight singing.
Guys keep going! I know it’s hard but if you need some motivation, I started from 0 with this very video last June, and now I managed to release my first song ever. Never would have I thought to make it, but I believed in myself. And I believe in you too, because if I made it, you can too!! Good luck everyone ❤️
I was introduced to this by my church’s choir director and now, I can use is as a warm-up/exercise to improve on the singing/breathing. Thank you for uploading this.
i have started doing this warm up every morning i start with this then the pentatonic scale and then come back and do this one two times and by the time i finish i feel MUCH more confident with my voice thanks so much
I think this is a great resource for ear training and solfeggi practice. It's simple yet tricky and you really have to think and listen. Thank you for making this available!
After practicing these exercises religiously for about a month initially sounding horrendous, now my singing sounds bearable thanks to these exercises! This video definitely helps!
As a beginner singer, I was unsure where to start, but Singorama provided the perfect roadmap for me. The lessons were comprehensive yet accessible, covering everything from basic vocal techniques to advanced performance skills. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-v1KveL-Gj90.html Like any skill, singing requires consistent practice to improve. Set aside time each day to practice singing exercises, vocal warm-ups, and songs. Start with basic vocal exercises to strengthen your voice, work on breath control, and develop your range. As you progress, challenge yourself with more complex songs and techniques. Consistency is key to building muscle memory and honing your skills.
@Elise Clurene Then I could change them all, name them however I like...English and German speaking countries use the first 7 letters instead of the actual syllables, keep doing that and stop bastardizing our system!
Practicing every day, its been over a month, its slow , steady, but the work is getting somewhere. Patience my padawans, this is really difficult to keep as a habit
It makes my day when I see a notification that tells me I have a new subscriber. Thank you for making my day! I'm sure someone will randomly pop out to make your day feel better too! ^_^
I know it's been a year, but be careful of vocal strain. I also did something like this a while ago knowing absolutely nothing about technique, and it strained my voice really badly. Look out for signs of tension and correct it.
@@user-on6db4rf4s I Actually Didnt Strain My Voice Since First I Need To Find My Voice(Singing) And I Did, I Practice Breathing,I Practice High Notes I did All This Until Its Perfect And When There Is No Problem I Found This To Make My Tone Much Better And I See(Hear) A LOT Of *Improvement*
I haven't practiced scales vocally since elementary school. I've been casually singing to myself for years, recognized vocal posture and tone were important, at some point I learned how to vibrato-I can only to it at some notes super well, and I can only do it at every point in my full range after extensive warm ups-I can even hit some pretty impressive riffs. Yet somehow, as much as I love singing, it has only just now occurred to me that I should practice scales and things like every other day so that I have more vocal control.
Looking for a video for my students with special needs. Good video for the kids. Bonus therapy for me while scrolling through the comments. Laughed so hard I cried.
I'm so happy I found this. I'm a late bloom in music and started learning guitar and singing in my mid twenties. (Compared to other people growing up singing and playing instruments). I am about to release my 3rd single and keep on improving with videos like these ❣️
Try it an octave lower. No need to sing it at the exact same pitch the person in the video is. I'm singing it an octave lower right now, may try singing it up later, but for now it's good to have the bases of my comfortable range covered.
It’s hard to breath! The reason why is, you must take a breathing exercise and practice it first. Before you sing the notes. Breath 10 minutes a day, because your taking air when you sing. I just want to tell you, that it is important to do it first.
@@treebythesea8315 omg pls tell me how choir for freshman year is i am going to go to chorus after summer freshman year i want to know how its like so i can prepare
@@preety661 this video is pretty much it. My school was super shitty, so unless you live in a good area--you should be fine. I only had like 2 performances, where someone got locked in the recording room before the performance.
THANK YOU INFINITELY TO @THE SINGING SCHOOL AND TO EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING WHO HELPED SHARE AND CREATE THIS WONDERFUL DIVINE CONTENT! INFINITE LOVE TO ALL! HAREKRISHNA.GODBLESS :)
alright everyone here we go. this is day 1 of practicing singing. my voice is awful but im not giving up until i get the voice i want, i dont need to be born with something in able to have it. if im not born with it then im making it.
everybody at home wants me shut up! But I have dreams to be achieved so... fuck out everyone! I will be still screaming like a dying cat as I cannot hit that high notes but I will hit that better Hope so LOL
A tip for those who say that it’s hard to do without running out of air; listen more closely, as she’s taking quick breaths of air too during the longer segments. Mimic them! That said you can also try going the full phrases for practicing breath support. :)
Love this. People always said I have a nice sound but I was completely tone-deaf but since I've been doing these type of exercises I'm actually getting better at hearing tones and match my tone to it. Got compliments from people who've also heard my improvement. So thank you :)
My teacher giving my class this video to practice Me: plays video Me again: *starts singing* My mom: oh my u sound like a mouse being chased by a cat Me: *stares at my mom* My mom: *walks away* Me: yeah no I’m outa here
Absolutely! I started last June from 0 and now I released my first song! Never taken any lesson with a teacher, so I’m sure you can do it too! Keep swimming! :)
