Thanks for sharing your experience - what a beautiful area to live in! I broadly agree that London could be a lonely place for many foreigners. I could have also felt lonely unless I had friends and my things-to-do here🤓

@@Edmund30s Fully agree that its is a beautiful area, its just a shame that nowadays you need to be a ruzzian oligarch, celebrity, premier league footballer or some lord to be able to even consider buying in the area . UK has generally been on a downward slope from at least the mid 2000s and maybe even earlier. Its sad how things have become. BTW I attended the primary school at the bottom of Primrose Hill - St Paul's - late 80s / early 90s - best time of my life.

@@disrealnow9664 ohhh Yes, of course I know St Pauls Primary School on Elsworthy Rd:) Did you move out of UK then afterwards? I agree that UK has shown downward economic trajectory compared to US over the last decade - quite markedly. Also, income inequality I see here in/out of my neighbourhood is just striking - terribly different from what the media shows as fancy Mark Darcy played by Colin Firth.
