You are me and I am you. It's so refreshing to hear this. This is exactly how I live my life. It's go with a flow and I have my productive hours and weeks etc, my productive hours but some days its super chilled. The intensity of work on the earlier years I think create the space to be more chilled later. Thank you for this video.
Great advice on the productivity. I especially like the seasons approach as that syncs up well with the literal seasons (winter is sleepier) and also project life cycles. Long time viewer always love the content.

I always feel so bad when I don't work 10 hours productively. I have my 3-6 hours that are great. If I then browse stuff on RU-vid (that even might be productive in a way) I always feel sooooo bad. This really helps me to be ok as a business owner to also just do things your way

Your work schedule is pretty much backed up by science as most ppl are not productive the last few hours of the typical 8 hour work day and are just filling time and looking busy to keep their bosses happy. So many RU-vidrs fall into workaholic traps cos it’s just them and they have no boundaries so it’s great you have some.

Oliur, I have seen your videos from a couple of years now and I must say you have become a role model for me, I know this might sound cliche, but you really are an inspiration for many of us and I love to watch your videos not only to get ideas for things I can do in order to benefit my life and grow as a person, but I also love you do it in a way that is real and healthy for our minds. Acknowledging that it is okay to take a break and that the obsession we may have of making every single hour of our days productive is as unsustainable as unhealthy.
