I do miss carbs. But as a diabetic i tend to cut it all out, atm doing low carbs n only from vegetables and little from fruit like berries, watermelon or satsumas. Im focusing on protein. I rather try to fill up on protein, veg then bread and rice. I was full on 2.5mg but only lost 16.9lb, so Ive started wk 5 on 5mg yesterday, so far no side effects. Ive also started to workout with resistance band on top of my daily walking. Great vlog❤

Well done but losing almost 17lbs in 4 weeks is a lot so well done with that. I funny think you should be losing more than that in 4 weeks or you really risk losing muscle as well as fat. This isn’t what i would typically eat but i enjoyed it so I’m happy🤗. Good luck with your journey. I hope your HbA1c will improve and your diabetes risks reduce. I can’t wait to move up to 7.5 because I’m having very little suppression from 5mg xxx

Glad you had a very nice weekend and enjoyed that lovely wedding. Did you feel any effects the next morning due to the alcohol drank at the wedding.

Hi there … It was such a lovely day. No side effects at all from the alcohol. To be honest I drank very slowly over the 13 hours and had quite a few diet cokes in between. Was nice to know I could still enjoy myself without suffering afterwards xxx

Glad you had a nice time at the wedding, I'm starving today. I took my 3rd 5mg injection this morning,really trying not to eat biscuits 😊, hopefully tomorrow will be back to suppression. Do you think you'll move up to 7.5mg, I haven't had any side effects at all on 2.5 or 5mg and I haven't lost that much weight either. But I just find it scary going up further and further

Don’t worry. It will be fine. Be careful of the foods you eat. No fatty or fried food. Careful with spicy foods.

Hi sweetie. Hope the suppression kicks in soon for you. I’m certainly no where as full on 5mg and have been VERY hungry too. Ordered 7.5mg so watch this space 😬xxx The doses are there to be used so I wouldn’t worry too much about moving up 🥰♥️

@@valeriemartini6315 I haven't had any reactions or side effects at all, appetite suppression on 5mg has been better but quite hungry in the 2nd half of the week where I feel I'm undoing the good work earlier. I'm going to order the 7.5 next week
