Ive done some meals prep with chicken and mix vegetables. Today i brought some blackberry and dragon fruit for my morning protein fruit yoghurt. Great vlog, nice ideas.
Delicious shopping, must get some of the fish that sounds so good. I just got my morissons delivery for me and my daughter, ham, quorn bites, peach barley water. Ryvita thins, reduced fat cream cheese, sugar free jellies, space raiders, kiwis, bananas. Cucumber, strawbs, easy peelers, oat & barley bread, mango, Fruit & fibre, skyr. I'll need to go to tesco next week as son is home for 2 weeks, we're off. To a wedding overnight a week today. Looking forward to not cooking and a roast beef dinner😂
