I just had to thank you so very, very much for your instructions on how to make a proper daisy square! I am new to crochet and I've been trying for over a year to find a video that I can follow and that produces a daisy that looks like a daisy. I have learning issues so trying to learn something like a magic circle was incredibly frustrating. And then when I finished a square, the centre was misshapen and the daisy didn't look right. So out of frustration I put everything away. Until yesterday when I came across your video!! The cinch circle is so easy for me and I can follow your others instructions much more easily, too. I'm so thrilled that I'm finally producing daisies that look like daisies with lovely round centres! Thank you for restoring my enjoyment of learning how to crochet!!
I absolutely love it when you tutorial teachers put the size of square circle motif whatever. Quite often that makes my decision on an afghan yes or no.
Hey Jayda n Mr!!, this is soooo pretty!!! I’ve been wanting something in a daisy granny.. maybe a purse, or lap throw!! This is very easy to do!! Great video, clear instructions.. Love all the grannies you do so much… 🌺🥰
My fave other than violets. And even though gladiolus and carnations are my ABSOLUTE DREAM flowers(crud I forgot sweet peas!!) but also the sunflower 🌻 because the sunflower will ALWAYS TURN ITS GIGANTIC BEAUTIFUL REGAL HEAD AND FACE IN STRENGTH AND DETERMINATION TOWARDS THE SUN NO MATTER WHAT, to live and thrive so it’s become a really special one to me .💜

I don't really like granny squares, but I love this pattern. So cute. And special. My hubby and I have a tradition where every year, I give him the first grass daisy I see that year.

Thank you thank you thank you. You are such a beautiful lady, Jayda, and so talented. Thank you for sharing with us. Now for my unsolicited ideas of what I'd like to do. Make 6 of these but don't do white on the outside edge. Use white to join using a lattice style join (sort of representing a fence for a flower garden) for a toddler sized hooded poncho. Then, make ties using your flower bookmark pattern (at least the leaves and stem part but to really gussy it up, one could add the whole flower) alternately, use the stem and leaves part of that pattern to run along a couple of the lattice joins. Ok, I'll shut up now. Thank you again for sharing. You are very much appreciated. P.S. edit to add one more thing because I'm rewatching lol. This morning, my steering wheel cover that I knit years ago decided to finally wear thin. So when that happened, I immediately thought of your daisy granny square. My daughter saw the one square I had made,and has asked for a blanket for her bed(double) works out at over 200 all in bright green.im making her pay for wool.lovely pattern and easy.love,love,love

I love this block pattern! Daisies and Sunflowers are my favorite flowers. I have some bright yarns that match the plastic storage bins I plan to use to organize the crafting corner I’m working towards in my laundry room. It’s an unfinished part of my basement so I need the bright color and friendly flowers for cheer. I also need a little cozy wrap for when I’m working down there and get a chill. I’ve started coloring some paper squares in the colors of my yarn and I keep moving them around to see how I want it shaped and laid out. First time I’m making up my own ‘ pattern’. Wish me luck!

These are super cute! I had no idea how to make a daisy granny, but recently created my own (slightly different)! Your is super easy and o follow along, And larger... so a bonus!
