Dak Prescott's return under center kickstarted the Dallas Cowboys a year ago. The Cowboys' signal caller got his group back to the playoffs as he threw a career-high 37 touchdowns. @@spendsshanks6050 yes your right he should be top 7. Herbert, Carr, Murray has done nothing that would put them over him. Watson is not even playing right now so I don't have no ideal why he is even on the list. Lamar is only better as far as running but we are judging QBs not runningbacks. Burrow has had only one good year he atleast need two full season at playing at a high level before he can be put over Dak. We have seen plenty of QBs that had one great year then decline. Wilson didn't play well this past season and the last time they met in the playoffs Dak beat him.

Dak has this surefire but understated charisma; intensely competitive and supremely confident, yet somehow decent and humble. Natural leader, and such an exciting player. He’s on America’s team. He’s an underdog. He perseveres through adversity. You wanna love the guy. He took that next step as the Cowboys leaned more into passing. I really came around to the idea that he was just destined to win a Super Bowl. But with what we saw in 2019 & 2021 (shame what happened in 2020 after that monster start) whether it’s him or The Cowboys Organization, it just doesn’t translate to winning. It doesn’t translate to making *the* play in *the* game, as Skip says. And it’s crazy to me that I was ever so convinced that he is a Super Bowl winning QB. Because now it is impossible to imagine.

I’ll get to Dak later, but are you serious? Herbert at #7, dude hasn’t even made the playoffs. Deshaun at 9? The man hasn’t played in a year and prolly won’t play most of next year, and Lamar isn’t even on here at all? Lamar’s made the playoffs every year he’s played except for this year when he got hurt, and won an MVP the only player other than Tom Brady to win it unanimously, and the Ravens (who were the most injured team this year) while he was still playing they were at one point a top 3 team in the AFC. He’s gotten them the number one seed in his MVP year. His record as a starter is 37-12. He’s been second in QBR the last three seasons only to Mahomes who’s on here. He destroyed Deshaun the last time they played against each-other and destroyed Herbert the last time they played against each-other earlier this season. Dak being overrated at 10 goes without saying, that was just pure stupidity. Some of the guys on this list haven’t even gotten close to winning the division, let alone winning the MVP and Lamar has done both. Bruh this top 10 list should be thrown in the deepest parts of the ocean never to be seen from again.

Im a dallas cowboys fan and a realist and I was shocked as well to see dak top 10 QB I have him 15th on the list because of his inconsistencies and his 1-3 record in the playoffs and I'm sorry but dallas will take a step or two backwards with the key player gone from the team and I just don't quite believe in ceedee lamb as the number 1 receiver yet he had way too many drop ball to be a number 1 but we will see how that works out and we lost Collins, and Cooper, Gregory and other key players to free agency

Cooper was always hurt and rarely showed up when it mattered. Gregory was an idiot that always committed penalties at the worst moments. As a Cowboys fan, I wonder about Dak. Last season he looked like Aaron Roger's in the 1st half of the season. But in the 2cnd half, after the injury, Dak couldn't even complete a pass to a wide open player 15 yrds away?! It got a little better later, not much. So going in to face the 49rs in the playoffs, I knew we were doomed.

Daks inconsistency really comes from the fact he can't handle being under pressure. If that line collapses on him quicker than he's expected he's a complete deer in the headlights, all he knows what to do in that situation is run and hope his legs can make something happen. When Dak is protected, he hits everyone, when he's not he's completely useless.

Here's 12 QBs I'd take above Dak Rodgers Brady Mahomes Josh Allen Matt Stafford Joe burrow Justin Herbert Russel Wilson Deshaun Watson Lamar Jackson Matt Ryan Derek Carr Kyler Murray. I've seen those dudes either take their team to a higher level, make iconic plays and iconic wins, or overcome more than Dak ever has. Dak is inconsistent. if there are any inconsistencies, it's the arguments on this show: Need playoff success to be in the top 10, how have Lamar, Watson, Herbert, Carr, and Murray fared in the playoffs? Lamar gets a pass for being hurt, but Dak's calf injury is completely ignored. Lamar won MVP but Dak hasn't come close to MVP, didn't Skip point out at the beginning that Dak was close in 2016? Dak is apparently the only QB who plays in a bad division and gets to play bad teams. No other QB who goes 12-5 with 37/10 would get ripped this badly

As a top 20 qb statscot is a good game manager and if everything is perfect will get you some wins But relying on him under pressure or duress is madness as he really is average

I think Dak is pretty good. I would not put him in the top 7 of QBs. I feel like the coaching overall of Dallas and the play calling on Offense has lacked at times. That offense doesn't score enough. I can blame some on Dak but not nearly all of it.

Man Shannon is so likable that I enjoyed his last words of this segment, “we finally agree”. Skip has gotten to the point of horribly biased takes straight drinking too much of the Mountain Dew haterade that his takes are almost unbearable. However, when he don’t drink that haterade, his takes are spot on with Shannon. And it’s actually bearable. But we know Skip and that wigga will never change.

I'm not sure how you guys collect your data... Didn't Dallas have the #1 offense last yr? Hasn't their offense been top 10 almost every yr? Don't you guys continue to criticize Zeke for diminished returns? Dak is better than most and it's a team effort. Any given Sunday I'll take Dak. Everyone on the team needs to show too. Lamar and Dak are two different Quarterback, Lamar and Murry are the same type of quarterback, Dak is more close to Troy #8 with less movement in the pocket Dak is not looking to run, he is looking to throw the ball down field to WR's that want to play, and take themselves out the game, show up sometime, or feel like they are the best and Dak should only throw to them, Dak enjoys to spread the ball around that is why Dez got cut, Dak is a team player and believes that no one man is bigger then the team or game, now the defense is better, now fix that offensive line.

You do realize lamar was sacked like 50 times this season because he was looking to throw the football and no take off like previous seasons he had one of the worst lines in the league leading him to get Injured IN THE POCKET. All these Narratives about him looking to run first have been long dead
