U cooking twice 45 min, is that just video editing mistakes or u really need to cook this daal 2 times 45 min each, total 1.30 hr which i think too long time
Yes that’s right. To get the restaurant style texture we need to cook it for longer time. Tou can reduce the cooking time but the texture won’t be same
