Protein rich healthy paneer balls bowl Ingredients - For Paneer Balls 1. Paneer 200g 2. Onion 1 small 3. Coriander handful 4. Bread crumbs 1/2 cup 5. Oregano 1 tsp 6. Chilli flakes 1 tsp 7. Salt 1 tsp 8. Ginger garlic 1/2 tsp 9. Oil For salad 1. Cucumber 1 large 2. Onion 1 large 3. Salt 1 tsp 4. Soy sauce 1 tbsp 5. Vinegar 2 tsp 6. Honey 1 tbsp 7. Lime juice 1 tbsp 8. Red chilli 1 Instructions - 1. Mash paneer roughly with hands and add finely chopped onion, coriander, bread crumbs, oregano, chilli flakes, salt and ginger garlic paste. Mix well and prepare small balls. 2. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry these paneer balls until it turns brown from all the sides. Remove and set aside. 3. Now for the salad, thinly slice the english cucumber and onion and transfer it to a bowl. 4. Add salt and mix. Leave the salad for few minutes. Strain to remove the excess water. 5. Now prepare the salad dressing by mixing soy sauce, vinegar, honey, lime juice and red chilli. Mix well and pour it on the salad. 6. For the assembly, take mint chutney, place rice on it. Add paneer balls and salad on top of the rice and pour left over liquid dressing from salad.
