Ingredients and steps: Spinach 250 gms (stack , roll and slice finely) add it in boiling water 1/2 tsp salt blanch spinach in water for a min refresh in cold water immediately chana dal 1/2 cup soak in water for 30 mins strain and add soaked dal in cooker 1/2 cup toor dal 1/2 cup masoor dal salt 1/2 tsp turmeric 1lt water close lid and pressure cook for 3-5 whistles on medium flame depressurize naturally whisk roughly to mash the dal In a new pan ----> add 2 tbsp ghee 1tsp jeera 1/2 tsp hing 1 tbsp garlic 1tsp ginger 2-3 green chillies chopper Saute for 2-3 mins on medium flame add 2 onions chopper add cook until translucent 0.5 tsp turmeric 1tbsp coriander powder 1tsp red chilli powder Bhuno masala add 2 medium sized tomatoes chopped salt cook until tomatoes are mushy add the spinach cook for 2-3 mins add the cooked dal stir it add water to adjust consistency bring it to a boil 1tsp lemon juice 1tsp garam masala 2 tbsp coriander FOR TADKA- 1 tbsp ghee 1 tsp jjeera 1tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp hing 2-3 red chillis 3 tbsp fried onions pour it to the dal
