I saw TOOL in Orlando a month after 9/11 , I was front row. I screamed at Adam all night until he acknowledged my presence, he looked right at me and smiled and shook his head. The Melvins opened for them btw. Best concert and experience of my life. The guys from both bands were literally 15 feet away from me!!!

Problem would be DAs and judges willing to look the other way. DAs/Judges/Cops are all jerking each other off most of the time since they all work together.

Same cop that was fuckin with me down there. Huntsville area and those HP Bastard’s are the worst I’ve encountered. Compared to Honduran or Mexican police, I’d rather take my chances with them. I might’ve had a dime on me and it cost me $2500 to make bail, then jump bail. When my bondsman called me threatening to come get me 2 states away, I explained to him that if he came to look for me, then soon thereafter more people will be looking for him. That’s because I’d rather take my chances of trying to cover up a “self defense” situation. I was never ever going to return to the independent nation of Texas. I just knew I was never going to see the light of day ever again. They crammed me in a room with 20 illegals that were all talking about me in espanol. I demanded they spoke English if they were gonna be talking about me. Had a nice time chatting with those fellows who somehow seemed cheery and carefree. Texas….Fuck that country.

Back in the 70tys they wouldn't f with you for smoking weed,and the pistol is south of the old 3 step rule so you had no issues their. But the fact of coke is an issue,and the Vidor location is an issue,a place that has some really sad history.

Got to see the Melvins and Redd Kross together. Dale pounded the shit out of those drums for BOTH bands and sang backup perfectly. Phenomenal musician.

Glad to find out Dale & crew weren't really getting busted but having lived in Texas for thirty-something years, the scenario didn't surprise. Dale's awesome. Melvins rule. Cheers
