Not really. Nancy while she did something heinous had became this way from Dale neglecting her. Dale would go on adventures for months at a time. It took a bit for her to get this way. He doesn't earn much so she's the primary breadwinner. Dale is incredibly irresponsible as well. The fact that Nancy didn't divorce him is a testament to how much she still loved him. It's incredible how few people understand marriages in these comments. Dale left Nancy for 6 months to go off hunting aliens. Dale disappears at random. Can you imagine if your husband would just randomly leave and not return for days or months at a time? And when you try to get him not to do that he ignores you? Dale is not the victim here. And neither is Nancy. They both did wrong to each other.

Wow he helped create it too. Man that means if they try to reboot the show again. They will be missing out on very much needed creative resources. You really hate seeing the loss of the creatively gifted like this.

I leave a lot of non-pivotal stuff out of reviews to make sure there's still something to watch afterwards. I don't want my videos to be replacements for the actual episodes. Also I sometimes have to cut a scene short to avoid copyright claims.

@@ShadyDoorags fair enough, but I don't imagine anyone is watching a review of an episode before watching the actual episode itself first. I imagine most people watching these videos are familiar with the source material and just want to hear someone else's opinion on a series they enjoy. As for the whole copyright thing, yeah that's always annoying. Funny how movie critics like siskel and ebert never got copyright striked for showing movie clips in their reviews and yet it happens all the time to RU-vidrs.

​@ShadyDoorags the only reason I think you should keep it is highlights the difference between Dale and John Redcorn. Dale lets her do anything to feel better and John Redcorn is more concerned with her being with him even if she feels bad.

The way I saw it when I was younger is that, people would sleep with her not to be with her, she desires companionship, Dale treats her like a literal saint and admires her so much that's why she married him and does not divorce him. Honestly they both will fall apart if she did.

Most of the men she slept with before marrying Dale were probably far more attractive than him but didn’t desire to be with her or vice versa. The same could apply with John Redcorn or why she lusts after Boomhauer and Hank as well

He went live on RU-vid almost every day during the past few months before he passed. He would get on his keyboard and play songs and sing just like Dale. He was such a sweet man. I'm really glad I saw those streams and got to tell him how much he meant to me. RIP Johnny Hardwick♥ Seriously, one of my favorite characters in this world, in fiction and in real life.

Do not mourn him. He has joined the Gods of our time. The Makos, the Mel Blancs, the Kevin Conroys. Christine Cavanaughs all have welcomed him.

@@RT-qd8yl Well I won't lie when I say that ever since I heard about Johnny's death I've been looking at possible cancellation of the revival as the worse case scenario, But so far from what I've read it seems like they're still going through with the revival for now. But we'll just have to give it time and wait and see. As for the characters I would imagine by "two main characters" you're referring to Lucky and Luanne, I actually read somewhere that they plan to make it so that Lucky and Luanne moved away from Arlen at some point and beside the death's of their VA's didn't lead to the cancellation of the original series, Because even though everyone loved them they weren't as important to the shows main cast as much as the core main characters are to the series. And while it is true that Dale's VA being dead is a major setback for the revival they probably won't let it stop them from making it into a reality.

@@TheCommenterDragonand Johnny Hardwick already recorded lines for the reboot so at this point it would be insulting to Johnny’s memory not to do the reboot. Stephen Root can take over for him after that.

That would explain a lot. Even when talking about their first kiss at a carnival, she blushed and looked happy, clearly looking over that event with fondness. But like you said, it’s very likely she got tired of mothering him. But instead of going into a therapy, she just cheated on him, repeatedly.

honestly at this point they shouldn't. Just recycle the scripts into a new show with new characters, keep any voice actors around, they're all versatile. get Carson Mell on board, call up Brian Doyle-Murray, give us something new instead of what is destined to be a terrible rehash with corporate-mandated racial recasting.

​@@MetalHeadbanger7he didnt know. The show made a point that Nancy was the person he trusted most in the world. Considering he was a paranoid conspiracy theorist, it made the open secret of the cheating even more of a punch.

It could be unintentional, but I've always interpreted the episode about Joseph being an alien as proof that he's always "known". To me it comes off as him going to the person he trusts the most, Hank, and basically begging him to confirm if his paranoia about his wife is correct, since he doesn't want to confront her without knowing others can see it too. There's also the phone monitoring gags and home surveillance.
