Didn't they want to put Clark on IR because he broke his leg in 2006, but someone in management said to keep him off of it and he ended up being huge in their Super Bowl run.

Dallas Clark was the player I felt like Manning had the closest thing to a Marvin Harrison type relationship w/ out of all of the other WRs or TEs he threw to.
