They paid similar money to Hunter Luepke and I could see why watching his college highlights. But after fumbling once, albeit in a turning point, McCarthy benched him for the season, from being a starter. Personally, I think his hook is too quick. A coach’s main job, regardless of HIS job, is to help each player on his roster develop as quickly as possible. Now, what do you think taking a kid with his talent, and just discarding him, does to that kid’s confidence? Not McCarthy’s finest hour, IMO.

Thsts the stupidest shit he's done if thats true! Worse than his clock management! Luepke should get the ball on EVERY 3rd or 4th in short! If it's 2 yards or less ...GIVE HIM THE BALL ..if you go back and look at that hand-off it wasn't just his fault...it never got in his hands to begin with really ...of course the cookie crumbles down hill ...but man...his RAS was RECORD SETTING going back before the metrics were tracked. Zeke and Hunter taking shifts on the goal line or short yardage downs...man have em both out there w the biggest 2 TEs ...give one of the backs the ball and let the other back and TEs lead the way!

Dane Brugler gave Brevyn Spann- Ford a 6th-7th round grade ranked 13th. Ford was used as a 6th OL in pass pro he is a versatile blocker and can move across formations. In 2022 he had a 82.5 run blocking grade In 2023 66.4 run blocking grade per Pff Since 2022 his 12.9% Positively graded run blocking plays ranks 2nd among TE's in this years draft 808 run blocking snaps

Jason Johnson is a tackling machine he finished his career with 475 tackles 30 TFL has alot of experience on kick and punt cover teams Team Captain in 2018 and 2023

I want to ask all cowboys fans one question. How many of you were so disappointed on how our 3 superstars play like shit in the greenbay game. I was. Lets trade all 3 of them and see how many 1st 2nd and 3rd round picks we can get for them. We should have 100000 millon cap space next year plus then have the freaking coaches earn their money and coach up Lance and get the top QB from next year. Or just seattle for another 11 or 12 wins then get beat in the playoff. How exciting next year would be with all those 1st round picks

Nah, hard pass. I lived through the years after Aikman n prior to Romo and never want to relive those times, ever! We need to have a run game, specifically a power run game for short yardage n goalline, and we need to be able to stop the run. Those two things alone will translate to postseason success.

Dallas has done well in the past with UDFA. Tony Romo, Michael Downs, Mark Tuinei, Everson Walls, Cliss Harris, Nate Newton, Drew Pearson. You must be a young buck who doesn't know the Cowboy's history. SMH!
