Absolutely beautiful. I'm starting a crocheted buttoned cowl but it requires one button, or just one large toggle. button. (I hope it turns out, lol, because it will be a Christmas present.)
I can't believe you guys, you can be creative and come up with your own pattern, this is just ideas on how to wear it, granted, it says "instructions" not specifics to anything but if you are smart enough to see the length of the vid you will know this is NOT a vid on HOW TO MAKE IT! She is kind enough to open up our minds and eyes and be stylish once you make your own scarf! Smh... Some people... Anyway, thanks for the vid, now I'm pumped and want to make my unique creation and wear it like in your demonstration, gracias!!!
thanks for saying that.have never heard such negative comments..........ladies please be kind to this woman who went out of her way to show us instructions on how to wear this scarf...............
+mhonnyks I agree if they are really that interested they can buy one in their Etsy shop These scarfs are for sale at £28.09p www.etsy.com/uk/search?q=3+button+dallas+dream+scarf&ref=shop_search After all they are running a business. :)
i like the model bit it would ve nice if you could show us how to make it a little slower. im starting to crochet and sometime looking at how the person does it helps me understand. but nice scarf!
porfavor podrias poner tutoriales en idioma español esta padrisimos pero n hablo ni enttiendo ingles soy de mexico y me.gustaria mucha poder hacer cuellos como los.k muestras en los tutoriales gracias
For those complaints of this is crappy, no pattern.......if you knew enough about crotchet or knitting you would make a rectangle scarf....put the buttons on the way she did on this scarf,,,,,,,,,,,,she is kind enough to share the how's of wearing this....use your ingenuity..........any stitch any yarn and any color or hook size is your choice....just do it and you will find you could do more than you thought you could.....so quit complaining to somebody who was willing to share.........I am grateful that she did .
use any pattern...doesn't make DIFFERENCE...THERE RE SO MANY DEMOS ON YOU TUBE.LOOK FOR A PATTERN AND MAKE IT THEN FOLLOW HER INSTRUCTIONS WITH HOW TO WEAR
there are many tutorials here on RU-vid that anyone can follow & adapt the pattern to make this ... check out the tutorials here by Fiber Flux ... she has some really cool patterns !!
sorry if the questions regarding the pattern is do offensive to some of you. I understand what the video was for and she did a great job, in fact so good that it seems a lot of people want to make the exact scarf. Now what some of you need to understand is that for a beginner knitter developing their own pattern is just not feasible. It takes a little knitting before one feels confident to jump in and start knitting a pattern without directions. So come on and let's understand, someone post the pattern or where to find it-----not asking for anything free, maybe they would even be willing to pay for it.
FYI: It looks to me that it's a knitted "Brioche rib" stitch (or a variation of it); if you look on RU-vid you will find various instructions on this kind of stitch. The rest is up to you. I plan to make one for sure!!!! good luck
I'm surprised at these comments. This is their business. Obviously they're not going to give the pattern away... Restaurants don't give their secret recipe away, why should this business have to give give away theirs?
