I won't agree to follow the court's instructions because I believe that the jury is entitled to determine both law and facts." You'll be excused for sure 😃 The legal principle that jurors may independently determine the law and can't be punished for delivering a verdict contrary to court instructions was established in the Bushel case in 1670.
