Got a couple new knives from Dalstrong and wanted to share them with you. Of course this is just an unboxing and initial review. I will share another video in a few months after I have used these knives to see how well they hold up.

I just bought thr DALSTRONG Bull Nose Butcher Knife - Shogun Series - Japanese AUS-10V Super Steel, needed a good knife for slicing up a 6KG USDA ribeye steak, awesome knife.

That is great feedback to hear! I have been really impressed with these two knives so far. They have stayed relatively sharp and feel good in my hand.

I second that! I have found that their knives that are in the 58-59 rockwell hardness are gold! They hold an edge, and then come right back after some hard use with a strop or harder honing steel. I have used their Omega series and Quantum 1 series, and have found that you have to be careful, otherwise they will chip. Which ones do you use?
