Hi Chioma! Congrats fort the channel! Do you ahve a link to get the list of employers subscribed to the DAMA agreement? Whow can I get it? Thanks a lot!
Hi Ariel, it's the first link in the video description. When you get to the website, look for 'List of current labour agreements' and check what labour agreement the employer has. You will see the information on the table too.
Hello. Thanks for your kind information, so useful. I would like to know how long I have to stay with an employer (with an agreement) before apply to PR. In my case I want to apply as a ICT Project Manager. Where can I get that information?
I am a graduate nurse from India. When I work under the sponsor (as you have mentioned ) for 3 years, can my husband work in any other places in Australia? Or is it mandatory for him to stay in the same region to process for a PR after 3 years?
Great job on your video. But what happens after the temporary visa expires? Since it was said 45yrs cannot apply for Australia PR, what happens after then?
As mentioned in the 2 videos on this subject, your best bet is to find an employer who is approved for a labour agreement that has age concessions up to 55 years. Please watch the video before this one too. Thanks
HI Chioma. May you kindly do a video with the list of Universities that offer Masters Social Work qualifying. Been reaching universities and they say they phasing it out not taking international students. Your help please. Thank you
May I know if there is any age limit for the spouse of the primary applicant? And is it mandatory for him/her to stay in the area where the primary applicant is being sponsored? In other words, can he work any other place other than the sponsored place?
Hai, I am 62 years old having diploma in electrical engineering worked in india and Oman more than 20 years Experience in Oil and Gas Industry if possible to visa for Aus🥰
i am 45 this year actually, wanted to apply 494 visa that leds to 191 visa, so that i would not be held hostage by future employer with the power to nominate me for PR or not. However, i read that 494 has age limit till 44, and u advise that i could work this out through DAMA, but how do i ask the prospective employers about this? Lets say if i started off just asking "Hi sir, does your company provide 494 visa under DAMA in your employment contract? as i am over age 44 but am really interested in your job offer posted? " But wont they reply stating that i am not eligible for 494 visa terms and condition itself, so i am not qualify to apply in the first place.
Good morning Chioma! I am Akim Bangura. A Sierra Leonean who can work as an Electrician, a Driver and I am also an international recruiter who heads an agency registered and licensed for the recruitment and transfer of workers for jobs overseas. So Chioma, can you please connect our agency to such employers to help them recruit and be supplied, or have me connected to be hired as an electrician to work in Canada? Regards.
I am not an agent, Akim. I only share information and encourage people to do their own research. Besides, I am in Australia, not Canada. Goodluck with your plans.
Im licensed Electrician here in the Philippines how i wish to migrate at Australia i dont know how...i have been work before in Dubai UAE for 6 yrs before pandemic ..
Yes Abigail. If you are targeting regional migration, it's best to be strategic about it. If possible, study in a regional area, consider employment through an employer with a labour agreement with age concessions in an eligible occupation.
