Thabks for sharing your story, Mark! I have tretinoin induced Meibomian Gland Disfunction and I know that many opthalmologist aknowlede the fact that retinoid and especially accutane can cause this condition. Dr Lora Cremers (ophtalmologist abd researcher) does recommend NOT TAKING ACCUTANE to everyone in her blog.

I'm so sorry to hear about the sexual dysfunction issues, guys.. as one of many women who has this issue from birth control, I get that it effects sensation, desire, ability to orgasm.. there's many facets to it, and it can in turn effect any belief that you are desirable/attractive as someone's potential partner. Though, I can definitely see it must be worse for men, physiologically. Hope you can find the help you need

Hi Tiffany, thanks for your response. Thankfully the sexual side of things has improved massively, along with most other things, due to the diet and lifestyle changes I’ve made. It makes logical sense to me that when a person becomes really sick, their body has ways of stopping them reproduce.
