I remember when I damaged mine, I couldn't even rub my face or have anything touch it. I had to just splash my face with cold water, avoid the shower directly hitting my skin, and I used only SKIN1004 centella ampoule which I did two layers, and two layers of LRP Cicaplast every night. In the day I just splashed my face with water, used the same ampoule and then two layers of the Etude House Soon Jung cica balm, and 2 weeks of that fixed me skin. I also only patted products onto my skin avoiding friction.

A small correction coming from an Anthropologist, a lot of brown folks, especially from Central, West, South-West, and South Asian countries, are racially Caucasian. They have brown skin, unlike their northern cousins because of their proximity to the equator. So technically caucasian skin does not only imply white skin.

I don’t use soap on my face any more, but do still use the Dove beauty bar on my body. My question is: are non-foaming cleansers better than foaming cleansers for dry sensitive skin? Also, what about enzyme powder cleansers? Moreover, are all soaps bad (some have oatmeal in them, some honey, etc.)? Even for the body?

Ive been following for a while I have hyperpigmentation and use the ordinary products you suggested in previous video.They still havent stocked on the asorbyl vit c, so i use paulas choice retinol with vit c.I finish off with cereve cream. Im nearly 50 so i need wrinkle free routine, not sure what to do. I use essential oil if i have a painful spot, with cotton bud, and it helps bring pus to surface. I also use on temples if i have severe migraine.

How about the Cicaplast balm? It it good to repair skin barrier? it's very thick tho

I love love love your videos and thanks to you my skin has improved a lot. When i had compromised skin barrier I literally stopped everything but kept using ceramide moisturiser and vaseline to seal it. I still keep my routine very simple. In morning vitamin c and sunscreen and in the night retin-a with moisturiser.
