While the Warriors were winning the first two games, As a Warriors/Curry fan: (Me) "The Warriors may be winning, but they NEED Curry to beat the blazers for the WHOLE series. Don't be fooled. (Others response): You're stupid, you don't know basketball. They will sweep the trailblazers without Curry! The Blazers suck, cakewalk for the Warriors! Now I see these same people changing up. I swear yall not loyal, yall change your mind on a game-by-game basis and NEVER hold a firm position. According to yall, someone can go from bust to GOAT in one night! LOL! As a Curry fan, ridiculously AWESOME game by Lillard, was fun to watch! Lillard, Green, Klay, Aminu, and CJ should ALL have highlights tonight!
Dame Dolla!!!!!!! It might appear that Steph Curry is the MVP, but hands down Damian Lillard is. It's in the fucking name, MOST VALUABLE PLAYER. Dame has been carrying this team for years and his only other help is CJ McCollum who just won Most Improved Player of the Year. Al had an amazing game, but he is an average player. The real MVP!
+Cesar G I know man, but I think he should win it because he is more valuable. It's automatic Steph gets the award, and I admit, it would be hard to give it up to anyone else after history that Steph bas done.
+Russell well the only thing i have against westbrook is obviously his shooting consistency. i cant help but think if he had given the ball up to kd or ibaka instead of throwing up half his misses okc would be up right now.
+Zack Barkadle his playoff career is 44 he won mvp youngest ever made ecf and L drose had about a equal team as this Blazers team rose didn't have a good sg like McCollum who can score
If only the Blazers hadn't imploded in the 4th quarter of Game 2. Would have a legit shot to win this series, especially with Curry's status up in the air. Still think the Warriors win in 5 (my first prediction heading into this series). Maybe 6.
Well Blazers at home against a Warriors team without Curry is not hard to believe. Truthfully wish we had won Game 2, but a few lackluster calls in the beginning of the 4th and few Warrior points had the momentum swift quick to GSW. But Portland can definitely beat GSW playoffs or regular season.
+Ghostlyzombie 69 I have been mad at heat fans this series but it's nice to find a good one. D wade is one of my favorite players of all time and it's great to see him play well even if it is against my team
You are a dumb as hell bruh he's the one of the most elite guards in the league so wtf you talking about bruh 18th best and saying that he's trash he's right next to Stephen Curry as the top guard in the NBA so stfu
+Shift x Town John Wall and Westbrook are overrated, CP3 I give you that, Tony Parker getting old, and Steph is identical to Lillard they do the same thing but Steph has a stacked team. I bet you're not a real student of the game so watch who you call a bitch and I'm not dumb bitch!
Not worried one bit. Lillard is inconsistent and will go back to bricking in game 4, and the Blazers won't come close to making 17 threes. They also got more free throws which was complete bullshit, won't matter. Ill give the Blazers credit they made their shots and never let go, but they aren't winning another game in this series. Klay and Dray both had 35+, and no one else even scored 10. Not happening again. #StrengthInNUMBERS
Is it only bullshit because the Warriors weren't getting all the calls right? Funny how an inconsistent Lillard has averaged 30 ppg against the Warriors this season.
Paper1Planes uh hell yea. any little touch or tap, whistle. but warriors were getting hacked, and actually driving to the basket more, but no fouls. Complete and utter bullshit. but it wont matter, Portland can take their one W, its the only one they will get. It took a combination of refs and 17 threes to beat a team by 12 at home without the now back to back MVP with only two players scoring in double figures.
***** This is Lillard's first good game against the Warriors in these playoffs, and it will be his only good one. He was terrible against CP3 and the clippers. Sure, he dropped 51 against the Warriors bench one time, yea. He's a great player and plays well against the warriors, but won't do that again. I'd bet my money he doesnt drop 40 again in this series.
+ADAJ3 He should have had Thompson's spot. Klay benefited from being on the better team but Lillard was clearly the much more valuable piece to his team and his numbers were better as well.
+ADAJ3 let's see.. first off Kobe Bryant, I know it was his last season but terrible stats. & he had a better season than klay, carrying his team to a playoff spot.
can't really tell because this man carries his team I would have to see Kyrie carry his team to tell I think Kyrie has better potential but at this very moment I would say Lillard
