I love this.. I just love this. You are by far my favorite "vlogger" and I'll tell you why, you are a chill dude and it makes it easy to watch. I used to watch walteriffic and jake the garden snake and a little bit of snowcat but I find snowcat to be too much of an asshat and I think jake the garden snake has actually lost his mind because its just constant screaming and swearing it just feels like he's trying too hard to be funny and it just isn't working. He didn't used to be like that. You are just being yourself doing sweet wheelies and cruising around and I love it. Please never change. It seems like a lot of vloggers fall into insanity when they are trying to be funny.. Glad you are back on the bike man!
Thanks so much! I used to just let the camera roll and forget it was even there. That changes a little now that i'm talking but I'm still just being myself..which is sometimes VERY goofy but I don't have any desire to change how a present myself just for videos. I'm very happy making them like this and i'll continue to do it! Go easy on Jake...he's been taking care of his baby and hasn't had too much time to make his usual vlogs. Sometimes you just gotta let out the screams and get stupid to relieve the stress! (:
Oh great, well now I feel bad. I'M SORRY JAKE! In case he ever reads that. I still like jake but he has the intensity knob up on 11 and if he just had it down on a 8 everything would be fine. Meanwhile you're on a 4 and could easily dub over smooth jazz music. In fact, I just tested it and it turns out I was right, youtubedoubler.com/jjgQ . Anyway, thanks for replying. Yet another reason why you are awesome!
To trick your starter circuit to allow in-gear starts you need to jumper(short) the connection after removing the switch. Most clutch switches are 'normally closed' meaning when the lever is pulled, and the button is not depressed, the circuit is closed.
in order to start the bike in any gear, that button has to be pressed, which translates to the clutch being pulled in. i took mine off because it broke and connected the two wires inside it together
you mentioned in one video that your parents own a machine shop, I think it'd be cool if you did some bike modification / building cool shit in the shop videos.
Connect the wires together for your clutch switch. It'll always think your clutch is pulled in. So you can start in gear clutch out if you choose. Just be aware of it so you don't run over a puppy or something
With regards to the gear switch thing. I also removed it on my WR450, and found the same thing while riding (technical offroad), what a pain! You can just short the 2 pins together so they're constantly connected. Will have the effect you were after then
hey brad, i recently lost my r6 and everyone is saying to get a 450 supermoto and im totally down but litterally the ONE thing that i hate is the gas mileage. it sucks wang compared to a 250. what would you prefer?
I SAW YOUR VIDEO AND COMMENTED. all about preference. you can put a bigger take in the 450. if you go with a 250 you'd probably end up going to a 450 like most people. SO GO STRAIGHT TO THE 450. Or just get a Maco 700
Brad, go down Tuttle hill and turn down white wing drive. Theirs a bunch of trails back their and fun for riding. Tuttle hill isn't far from where you live (Ypsilanti)
Just weld the two wires of the clutch switch together and the bike will consider that the clutch is always pulled. That will solve your problem when starting the bike in gear (It did on my WR250R) ;)
im happy to see you back on that bitch!! I missed you man!! I love the vids!! and what ever you decide to do in the vid ill support it!! your motovlogs always makes my day!!❤
Yeah berad that switch also sends signal to bike letting it know it's engaged witch would make the bike think it's in neutral allowing it to start in gear
Did you connect the two wires from that clutch sensor together or leave it open. if you left it open then you wont be able to start it in gear if you close it then you can start in gear.
I can't believe I haven't seen you yet. we live so close. I'm from Jackson, but I don't know how far away from industrial highway I am. I live on Michigan Ave
How is the maintence for that 450? I was thinking bout getting one and making it a supermoto but the maintence is scaring me away from it but i dont want to be stuck with a 250..
brad you are awesome and how tf do you get your glasses in the helmet, i have tried a few times but feels like the glasses will break. think i have asked this before
talk a little about getting license plates in Michigan on bikes that have no street legal title.switching what the title says off road use only or street legal conversions.did your bike title say off road only?your bike is the yzf450correct?it didn't come with tailight ,headlight and speedo etc.??
+Black Ride (umbro) ok thanks wr 450 f.the yz450f is the strictly dirt bike.but they can be changed to street legal but a bitch to insure and plate in my state.some wr450f have a street legal title!!
The fact I can see you soon as possible and a lot more fun and addicting and I don't think that I have a great way of the year and I don't think that I have a great way of the year
+cree q5 2 stroke is way more powerful, at least on the lower CC's but it's also a lot more prone to breaking and requires a lot of service. 4stroke on the other hand is slightly less powerful until you get above like 450cc and up, but requires almost no service and it pretty much never breaks as long as you don't drive like a madman with it. 125cc and less I'd recommend 2stroke but like I said it depends on whah you're gonna use the bike for.
filmgänget i use the bike for driving to scool and have fun with friends like driving in the field. I want to drive fast because im living away from the City ... my english.... :D
