That's one more than most people. It would be quite different if all he had were parking tickets, but many of the convictions are violent proving that he is a violent person. I love the way criminals on these shows say 'That's not who I am' 'Well, who are you then? Do you even know?' Another question is why did the judge let him off when he suspected he'd kill someone? How can he say that and just let him go free. It's like, 'Oops, sorry but we had no reason to keep him.'

Well if this helps. One man she said was there was in fact in jail at the time and has since been deported due to an expired visa. The second man was caught in a speeding camera and CCTV near a phonebox at the time of the murder. Omar is the only one who doesn’t know where he was or what he was doing at the time. Also, in 2014, BB reasserted that all three were in the car, all three were present during the murder, all three raped her and the two that couldn’t have been there, she took to the bridge. SHES STILL LYLING even with proof they couldn’t have been there on that night.

Lol people don’t seem to realise!! And that’s because we are all good people who believe in goodness and fairness. But the police and courts do not! They care about getting people into the business, they can’t have those cells empty and the justice system collapses, judges, solicitors, probation, governors, prison screws, SMOS workers - they need criminals!! Look at it this way - in the 80s police were legally allowed to interview people without a solicitor and in almost 100% of the interviews the police would come out saying ‘he confessed it all to me!!’ No cameras no solicitors and then in court the policeman tells the jury - he confessed. And the jury believe police everytime obviously. Then the law changed for this exact reason. But now we have bodycamera tampering - audit trail tampering. THE POLICE DO NOT GET PROMITIONS BY MAKING NO ARRESTS! In prison they don’t pay you your benefits, you work full time for ten pound a week and every prison is a supermarket and charges full prices to 2000 prisoners every week 50 pound each. So people need to understand police are not about goodness or fairness, they don’t care if your innocent or not. But us as good people would believe they would - but no they don’t as it’s about promotions and pay rises and making the public happy. The woman here who claimed rape will of got about 30 thousand pounds for that also. In Germany they removed the compensation and now only give counselling and the amount of rapes reported dropped 95%

Victim was stabbed in the back and she said by a man in a mask (must have been quick an intense, as stated in the first episode). BB's version is the guys went back TOWARD the 'victim' (if they walked back towards her, he would have been FACING her - not behind her) 'he allegedy stabbed her because she refused to go and party with him' - but he would have had to look at her and ask her to do that - so she would have seen him!... This shit does not match up in the slightest. Take the victims comments into consideration.
@tyler1714
@tyler1714 5 лет назад
Yeah. This makes a lot of sense. Especially since she said "a man" and mentioned a mask, Omar was w/ 2 men and how could he have stuck a mask on to ask her to an event/party and have expected her to agree anyway? That doesn't make sense; if he put the mask on before, of course she wouldn't agree. If he put the mask on afterwards it would've been pointless since she already knew what he looked like. Plus if BB already assumed something was up when he took his shirt off and hid it under the seat why didn't she bail after dropping them off so she could report it ¿ seems a bit weird tho I guess excusable if you consider the fact that they were all in the same lifestyle n she could've been killed for that. However!! I'm pretty sure he had rape charges (I think??) and his family said "no. Not to an innocent girl", so he could rape an innocent girl but not kill one? I don't think it matters. There's a lot that doesn't add up to be honest and considering that they even stated he was a drug addict bares literally no surprise in the fact he had no idea where he was on the night, if he was guilty and wanted to get away with it wouldn't he just lie? Also were the "other two men" ever found and questioned? I have a lot of questions lmfao idk if these have been answered yet tho in the documentary

There alot of plot holes in this case. 1. The victim said she was attacked by a man with a mask. Did B. B say anything about a mask? If she didn't, that's means either she was wrong abt her story or Omar dumped the mask while running back. Then comes back To the question, was any mask found? Not only near the crime scene I would look at a 5km radius of all the trash bins in the area. 2. If bb was correct about rape, the police could have gotten and rape kit and tested if any semen or DNA was found on the victims body that matches Omar. If it didn't, they Also needed to matched the DNA to the other two people with him. If all these were done and it didn't match, It would be clear as day whether it was Omar. 3. 3 men attacked her correct? Don't tell me that when 3 grown men attacked and so called rape a women they leave behind 1.no DNA 2. No fingerprints. 3. No blood when there was a stabbing. And the bag found in the river. Did it have a knife? I'm not sure about this if there wasn't a knife then what's the point of even including that in the trail. True there were 17 witnesses with is absurd first of all and it's abnormal. But u need forensics to prove because witnesses are never 100% accurate even if they are 200 of em. It just doesn't add up

It's obvious it was him and I honestly wonder if there were racial reasons behind omar's conviction. some of the rhetoric used by officers to witnesses implies this, not to mention BB had a history of making false allegations, such as accusing a neighbour of being a paedophile. her evidence was littered with inconsistencies. there was also no forensic or cctv evidence supporting any of her story. no murder weapon was ever found.

Saying that he was a heroin addict to explain how he could be guilty isn't really a good argument. Heroin is sedating as opposed to something like ice which makes people violent. You could argue that someone going through withdrawals from heroin could be worked up, angry and become violent but that would be most likely in the course of obtaining drugs or money for drugs. Seeing a hot girl walking down the street, getting out of the car with two other people, coming on to her and then stabbing her for turning him down just seems so implausible in the course of 5 minutes.

Yes simply stabbing people in the past means he belongs in jail because there's NO safe way to stab people. It can always lead to death.

They are so consumed by racial hatred they will put a innocent person in jail for a crime he didn't commit. I can guarantee you the only reason after 3 trials and not one shred of evidence he was found guilty was that his name sounded 'foreign'. How can they sleep at night. I so wish that one of them suffers the same fate when they are somewhere in the world. Put them through the same misery and throw away the key. Let them suffer.

Ironically prison has probably ironed him out and got him off drugs and sobered up. He's older and likely wiser now. He actually may not have done it but getting evidence is so hard when you're dealing with people smacked up to hell whose recollections are not necessarily reliable. His poor family are left in limbo, as are the victim's (seemingly forgotten in this), it's all so sad. It's also conceivable the police have framed him for a quick result, because it was a crime of international significance as well as a domestic one. Plods may have had pressure from Korean embassy.

Lmfao you know there's more drugs inside prison than on the street, he's only clean if he's put the effort in because the prison system doesn't help anyone get clean.

Exactly, if good evidence is that hard to get, then bad evidence from a bunch of street drug users shouldn't be used to convict someone.

This audio is so terribly mixed that when people in the background were talking while Girly-Girl was narrating, I thought perhaps another video started playing in another window or tab. Where does all the television taxes that you Brits pay go? It's definitely not being used to pay a competent audio engineer. My cat could have done better sound editing. I jwould foment a television tax revolt if I was in The U.K.
