Basically, musically the song is really interesting but I mean without the lyrics I guess it can be difficult for y'all to get the overall meaning of the song and what Damso wants to make us feel So, Damso is talking about a relationship he lived where he's screwing with an older woman. This woman is in an other relationship with an older man than Damso, he's more mature, wealthier, and she finally gets to chose him over Damso. But he gets very jealous and finally convince her to take him back, especially cause he says that "he's better in bed" than the guy she's in a relationship with. He finally gets her to go out with him and breaks her heart by revenge. In an interview, he explained that he, as a man, wanted to screw with other chicks but felt hurt when this girl (Sabrina, her name, and the first word of the song) did sleep with this other dude. And that the goal of Macarena is to transpose this heady (like the chorus: oh la la) game of love and seduction, one day you just wanna hookup with this girl but when she gets in a relationship you're possessive and you think you love her, but that this is just an impression.
