Just found this channel with the yellow curry recipe. You guys rock, this is exactly how I like to cook. So many channels go either too tedious or too lazy, this is a good middle ground!

Just made it for the family and it was a hit! I used gluten free fettuccine noodles. Wife is gluten intolerant. So this was perfect! Keep your recipes coming!

I'm looking forward to making this!! I have everything but the cucumbers and chili oil/paste. What brand is the chili oil/paste? As far as cucumbers, I love them but I taste them after 8hrs. Sooooo, I called out of work tonight in the casino, picked up spaghetti, had everything else. But I had Go Chu Jang on my pantry shelf that I never used so I opted for this instead. It was phenomenal!!! Holy wowzers! I took a pic but how do I send it to you?! Sooooo freaking good! This I'm saving in my arsenal!!! 😋🤩😊😉😍
This looks delicious and I’m ready to try it tomorrow. I have a package of Sichuan Peppercorns. For that seasoning, could I use about a Tsp of the peppercorns ground up in my coffee grinder? 🤔😜
It is a handcrafted stainless steel wok that I purchased in our local Chinatown almost 25 years ago. Unfortunately, I have not found one yet to recommend.
