For today's spotlight, I talk about an incredible Brazilian vocalist, DAN VASC! Dan has a ton of fantastic covers on RU-vid, and he's able to cross genres and masterfully sing metal, classic rock, 80's pop, and even Elvis!
With his insane vocal range, I'm convinced there's not any type of song Dan cannot sing perfectly! You can hear him at his best on covers such as "Sound of Silence (DISTURBED/SIMON & GARFUNKLE)", "Sweet Child O' Mine (GUNS N ROSES)", "Love Me Tender (ELVIS PRESLEY)", and my favorite, his epic rendition of "Amazing Grace"!

Any Dan Vasc fan will tell you it's almost impossible to pick a favorite. It depends upon the day, my mood, and other things so basically; the one I'm listening to right now! For the first 6 months, I couldn't listen to any one else. No one compares to our Dan. He's the best. Thank you for sharing him. We are excited to see him reach his goal of one million subs. And this will help. So thanks again for spotlighting him. ❤

❤ Dan is a unique person, singer... he can sing anything. I don't understand how more people don't know about him. I found him 7 yrs ago... went back and watched from his first video till then. He grew, matured, got better, and better. 'Till I feel he is now the best around. The "Vasc Nation" grows bigger with every passing day.... glad to have you with us. He deserves all the accolades laid upon him... he has worked so hard to get where he's at now, and I couldn't be more proud of him if he was my own son.❤ Thank you so much!!!!

Hey, thanks for your great reaction to Dan Vasc. Truly, he is a phenomenal singer with classical and contemporary training. He sings incredibly different genres, including operas Nessun Dorma, Phantom of the Opera and much more... His vocal range is absurd and he has a beautiful voice with a wonderful timbre! Dan has a lot of passion for singing! His channel has 245 incredible videos! His latest cover, My Heart Will Go On was magnificent and proved that he can turn any song into metal ✨️👏🏻👏🏻 Dan is fantastic!!!

Dan lives his songs. Sometimes he has tears in his eyes. He often shows humor (in his 16-part one-man chorus of Handel's Hallelujah, for example). He interprets maudlin schmaltz from at least questionable singers into powerful anthems (My Heart Will Go On!). Dan demonstrates a clear attitude when he is met with a media shitstorm, such as after his release of the American national anthem: his reaction to it is simply marvelous! And he thinks for himself, he doesn't just parrot the crap we're led to believe! Dan is a person who is a role model in many ways, for young and old! Without people blindly following him! Because it's always about your own debate and the answers you find and give within yourself. Why do you end your remarks with this questionable show of hands? - Because everyone does it? Because it's supposedly part of the music industry? - "Symbolism will be their downfall."

Dan is the most versatile vocalist I've ever heard. He has developed his gift until he can perform any genre to perfection, from heavy metal to Nessum Dorma to the Gethsemane scene from Jesus Christ Superstar to a metal version of O Holy Night and Amazing Grace. He also has a band called Fearless. Truly the most dynamic vocalist of our time.

He is a phenomenal singer. He studied well and has honed his skill over the last 10+ years. You should check out his version of Gethsemane from Jesus Christ Superstar by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice, also him singing Nessun Dorma is absolutely amazing! I can't thank you enough for this awesome compilation of Dan Vasc's work. I really enjoyed it! I'd like to add the following: He also has many great male covers of songs by female singers on his channel. He's an outstanding metal singer, and in recent years, he's released some fantastic metal covers, including ones from Nightwish, Manowar ("Black Wind, Fire and Steel"), Iron Maiden ("The Number Of The Beast"), Sabaton ("Dawn Of Victory") , and many others. His latest cover is the metal version of "My Heart Will Go On," the famous song sung by Celine Dion in "Titanic," and it ranks among the most iconic renditions of metal songs of all time. Additionally, there's the album "Chronicles of Ancient Wisdom" by his band FEARLESS, a power metal album. On his channel, you can find the music video "Tale With No End" from this album. I'd appreciate it if you could also delve into Dan's metal side because I'm sure that's very important to him. Not to forget his metal covers of "I'll Make A Man Out Of You" from Mulan, "Toss A Coin To Your Witcher". Finally, ther are opera and operetta renditions, for intance "The Music Of The Night" and "Nessun Dorma." Thanks again for summarizing his great work. I'd love to see another compilation from you as a follow-up.

Dan doesn’t tour, per se, He’ll occasionally sing with various groups that he’s friends with, however, he has no desire to go on tour. He has made the statement and a number of times in his live stream videos. He guards his voice when he’s gonna sing something, warms up his voice the day before he’s going to record a song, he will record the song and work on it till he gets it to where he wants it to be, then, the day after he’s done recording, he doesn’t speak at all, he rest his voice.

A wonderful introduction to people who haven’t heard Dan’s eclectic selection of incredible performances. He is one of the most versatile singers on RU-vid and has something to suit anyone’s taste in music. His latest cover is a metal version of “My Heart Will Go On” and is a masterpiece with guitarist Garrett J Peterson and is a very different feel to the original. Dan Vasc is my very favorite performer. I came to his channel in April 2023. From there I went to his oldest videos and came forward from there. I listened to them all. He is amazing. I wish he was on Patreon so I could support him finacially rather than just liking his music. An old fashioned idea I suppose. Thank you for this. .

@LOL-Can Dan was on Patreon but I’m told he asked his fans to go find and help a new artist b/c he didn’t need to take their money now. I love how thoughtful he is. I love his amazing voice and what he does. I didn’t really like how you (sorry, I don’t remember your name and can’t see it while I type) cut up a lot of Dan’s videos. Dan Vasc saves my life every day! I adore his music and I turn to it over and over to be the soundtrack of my days. I have been following him for several months and he has never disappointed! From what I can discern, he is a thoughtful, compassionate man of stunning vocal skill. Listening to him sing is an unalloyed pleasure. And I am delighted to report that listening to him speak is equally delightful - witty, charming, and warm-hearted. Simply put: I adore him!

I was doing things around the house. Listening to my RU-vid. I heard Amazing Grace. I stopped and ran to TV. I haven’t heard my fathers voice since 1994. I thought it was my dad 🤔 now I know better. One of the best talented voice I ever heard in this decade.
