😅I have one and it’s awesome. Extremely accurate. I shoot this better than my Shadow 2 Orange. I love the clean look no light no optic. I have other guns for that. Have many other CZ’s and right now it’s my favorite. I do EDC it in the cooler weather and use a Legacy Firearms IWB holster.
The DWX Compact has become the Edsel of handguns. No fiber optic sights available & no holsters, either IWB or OWB. The gun works technically, or course, but its utility is rather limited unless you just want to stuff it in your waistband and hope your belt won't let it fall out.
Dawson precision has fiber optic sites for them. Holsters available now. Can order colt sear spring to better tune trigger, seems to work better for tuning than factory sear spring.
Rubber base plate from the old school CZ P01 looks awesome and has enough extension to strip. Your CZ compact grips should fit. Like mentioned on the comment, you can easily change the front sight.
I’ve got a cajunized p01 that has been my favorite gun for a while. I’ve been looking hard at the DWX compact, but am waiting for them to come to their senses and make it RDO ready with a rail. How do you compare the DWX shooting wise to the p01 when it’s in SA ? Which has less recoil and less muzzle flip ? I’m also cross shopping the DWX compact with the new Staccato C
ANR design has it on their quick ship holster list l. I got mine in 1 week. It uses cz75 compact grips but it has 1911 threads so if you get grips you will have to get 1911 screws to go with them.
Huh... DW gunsmith said it was Springfield. I just received a Dawson Springfield 1911 front sight and it appears it's a bit too big. Too big to file fit IMO. I was also told DW has used Novak, Springfield and one other over the years. Not sure why they just don't offer the sight on their website.
