Just wanted to give Dana some praise for this because I always pick and expose him for some of these post fight interviews, tomorrow I may do a video on some of the dumb stuff he said in this, I know it's not the most content packed video. This is why Dana White is needed as the face of the UFC though and why we should value him more.

This response from Dana is something that literally no CEO of any corporation in America with over 1 billion in revenue would ever be caught dead saying. Dana needs to be protected even more than Sean Strickland.

Here’s the thing you guys: Those journalists are quite likely even trained in communication and media studies and know exactly what they’re doing so it’s even more outrageous that they’re trying to bait fighters into certain responses. That’s also why content creators like Nina, The Schmo, Helen, etc get more access to fighters now cause fighters know they won’t try to catch them slipping up.

Just want to clarify, this is not the same reporter who asked Sean about his past comments or asked Mayra about her opinions on Sean.

Let’s be honest. We all know when the guy said “long leash” he wasn’t calling fighters dogs or being derogatory. It’s a common saying when one person is in a position of power and/or can limit what someone can say or do. I’m Not saying anyone should be limited ever. I think people should be free to say or do whatever they want so long as they aren’t causing actual physical violence. But we don’t have to act like we’ve never heard the phrasing “keeping someone on a short leash” before.
