WOW, Nicky Ryan is Really FILLING OUT nicely and you can see all that INTENSE weight training is really developing his MUSCLE. Those 2 RYAN Brothers are NATURAL ATHLETES IMO, I Know they TRAIN BRUTALLY HARD On the Mat and in the WEIGHT ROOM But thier NATURAL ATHLETIC ABILITY Really helps them and ADD In the Fact of having JOHN DANAHER Teaching Them and thats a RECIPE for GREATNESS

Imagine if you will a team of not as good boxers training with Muhammad Ali every day, they would end up hating him for a number of reasons-least of all their own insecurities. This happens in sport, business and even academics all the time. Mediocre or those that are even half decent cannot stand being around greatness sometimes.
