We could have had 20 tiebreakers but we were told no tiebreakers and I agree." So I am thinking it was the same this year and they were told no tiebreakers. (The schedule is even more packed). Just the waacking judges didn't take it that seriously and we got a bunch of ties anyways haha. But they still tried to make a decisive choice whenever possible.
