The most important tip that I can give you right now is that you have to feel comfortable in it. If it has a low cut and you are pulling it up the whole time, it's not going to work. Choose something that goes with your body and you can move every part of your body without feeling that it might rip or you might be showing to much because this can stop you from actually doing the movement full out.
