All the girls were good but Brynn, Kalani and Maesi were on a completely different level. Blown away by how flawless they were. This dance is one of the all time great group dances
I thought Maesi was only a hip hopper, but she totally proved herself and her talent in this dance. She's made me see her in a completely different light and her acting is beautiful. Good on you Maesi ❤
the fact that abby had planned for kalani and brynn to have a "pivotal moment" in this dance set me up to believe they'd have like a duet part where they'd dance together and i was excited bc they're both so amazing but then all they did was hug lmao
It isn't that suprising when you see her outside of dance moms. Maesi is a really good dancer, and when the show isnt trying to make it look otherwise Maesi Brynn and Kalani are way above the others
favedancers I know! I was so happy for her!!! Cuz on the show it makes it seems like she's always messing up, but her acting and dancing were jaw dropping
No need, im judging her off this performance. As its what im refering to. She is not on the same level as brynn and kalani and she is not better than most of the elites. Yes she did a good job in this dance, but as per usual for her on dance moms shes not the best
O.M.G. I almost cried. I got such chills when it showed the older "maesi" it was so amazing!! They all had such amazing emotions I just loved it so much!!
Maesi might not be the best technically but I can't take my eyes off her when she's on stage. Her musicality and passion is amazing, she has star quality and you can tell she puts everything she's got into it. Plus she has amazing work ethic and is such a sweetheart.
Miranda Villanueva boss ladies was good, but this group(and suicide hotline) has good meaning. Boss ladies was just jazz/hip hop and didn't have meaning that hot close to home for people.
this is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful dances i have ever watched. the girls did a phenomenal job and i get goosebumps every time i watch it.
Whenever the whole group was dancing my eyes were drawn to Brynn .. whenever it was just a kalani and maesi moment my eyes were drawn to maesi .. also kalanis leap was fantastic
Maesi did so good in this dance! i was surprised because last season she didn't do so great but in this dance, she expressed so much emotion and did amazing. she better be at the top of the pyramid next episode😂❤
This may be a new favorite for me. I cried watching the dance when I watched the episode, but watching this again I cried. This dance is beautiful. Kalani, Brynn, and Maesi were outstanding
This dance gives me chills everytime ! Brynns emotions throughout the whole dance was amazing as if she really felt something all of the girls were stunning ughh ❤️😢 it’s stuff like this that makes me miss dance moms but without the drama
Oh, that's why Brynn and Maesi were the only ones with their hair down. Although I will say it would be better if they all had the same hair, except for Kalani so that you could tell she was the mother...?
Honestly this dance is one of my favourite dances of the ALDC bc of so many reasons I can’t even explain the emotions we’re so good and I had tears in my eyes and I wish I was THAT good ad they are ❤
this dance hits for me. my parents got a divorce when i was very young. Like, two or three-ish. i cried at the end because of how they reunited. it was just, beautiful. this is one of their best group dances.
Brynn kalani and Masei were the best. Brynn’s technique shined and her facial at the end was perfect, kalani as always is perfect and Maesi- she’s stunning
I think this is one of the best group dances they've done! It really made me feel something, especially with Kalani, Maesi and the little bit at the end with Brynn, and i never usually feel something in dances. I could honestly watch this dance so many times
What a beautiful message powerful dance. Maesi was absolutely amazing such an underrated dancer she’s incredible. Not to mention how good kalanis acting was. This piece really touched me considering how young the girls are they portrayed a mature message so well.
I think Brynn should be the leader of this dance, because it was her story. But at the same time I feel that Kalani is perfect for it because she looks more older and mature than Brynn.
I was already impressed when Maesie did those huge steps bending her knees at the beginning of the number. That looked amazing and really had a huge impact on the performance, making her the "child", not willing to follow her mother directly. Imagine them just entering the stage with normal steps. That would've been looking weird xD
0:18 mom is trying to cheer her daughter up hence why daughter bends backwards and looks up when the song says "don't look down" she hugs her and reassures her everything will be OK 0:35 mom lifts up the daughter right when the song says please can you keep holding on, so the daughter is in a lot of emotional pain 0:40 she gets taken away by the system and her mom is trying to go on, dancing on the other side of the stage 0:46 mom and daughter are dancing in unison symbolizing they are both thinking about eachother and want to be together 0:52 mom is trying so desperately to get her daughter back but the system won't let her have custody, hence why they are on opposite sides of the 4 dancers represting the people who work for the system. 1:09 the daughter hugs her mom from behind symbolizing how much she misses her but the mom can't even bear the thought 1:22 she is passed from person to person to person representing all the different foster homes she went through before being adopted (where she leaves the stage) 1:42 obviously, she grows up and reunites with her mother when she turns 18
