GREAT video, joy to watch. Other YT videos purporting to showing '80s dancing, it's just black dance moves like the running man, cabbage patch etc., which are iconic but very specific to black culture and not how most people were dancing. The swinging arms that this video starts with is perfect, like every party scene from a John Hughes movie.

What people tend to forget is that dancing & having fun will do more for your body than exhausting yourself to death 😉🌎😉

I like it, but I'm gonna pick and choose what I will put into my own routine at home. But man! I'm sweating!
