"Dance Yoga" as the name suggests, it's a blend of two ancient cultures into an unique form.
Yoga is "Uniting the Mind" with the Consciousness/Self, Dance, in my perception, is "Expression of Emotions, with Rhythms".
When these two are blended in right proportion, the result is "Dance yoga".
This practice keeps the practitioner physically, mentally, emotionally, intellectually and spiritually Stabilized.
