Looking for a fun and festive Easter dessert? Look no further! I'll show you how to make an adorable Yogurt Easter Bunny
In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp of gelatine powder with 3 tbsp of water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom
Meanwhile, weigh 200g of Greek yogurt and squeeze 1-2 tsp of lemon juice into it
Pour 100ml of milk and 100g of condensed milk into a small saucepan. Warm the mixture over low heat
Stir gently until the condensed milk is fully dissolved into the milk. Avoid boiling the mixture
Add the bloomed gelatine to the warm milk mixture. Stir continuously to ensure the gelatine is fully dissolved
Mix the yogurt and lemon juice
To ensure there are no gelatine lumps, strain the milk mixture into the yogurt. Mix until fully combined
Place a bunny-shaped silicone mold on a flat tray or plate for easy transport to the refrigerator later
Carefully pour the yogurt mixture into the prepared silicone mold. Naturally, you can use any shape or serve dessert in a simple glass
Place the filled mold in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 4-6 hours, or until the jelly is completely set
Once the jelly has set, remove the mold from the refrigerator. Gently press to release the jelly bunnies
You can quickly dip the mold in the hot water for a more neat result
Make a quick sauce for serving the bunnies. Simply blend 50g frozen cherries and 1 ripe banana
I decided to leave some texture in this berry sauce. Make it completely smooth if you like it that way
Pour some fruit mixture onto the serving plate and place a bunny over it
To elevate the presentation, you can decorate with edible markers, food dye, or small candies if desired
Sure, you can make this yogurt jelly in a simple cup, but imagine the joy of crafting this adorable bunny-shaped dessert
Each bite is a perfect combo of cherry sauce sweetness and Greek yogurt tanginess
