I tried to get this out on Saturday, then Sunday, then Monday, but... you know how I roll: (un)fashionably late. there are also a couple more songs I kept wanting to upload for the last couple weeks, but schoolwork kept me away from it. but a fun fact about this is that the project file was actually created way back in early 2021; I just never really went past the concept stage. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out
god I love the FF9 snare. I see a lot of hate for it in comment sections, but I love how unique it is. when Uematsu used it, I think he used it very well! and not only that, but it’s incredible how much Squaresoft improved their audio drivers through the PSX’s life. they really made the later games sound like they weren’t MIDIs anymore
I'd love to say I'll be more active over the summer, but I'm gonna be working. and also... TEARS OF THE KINGDOM!! can't wait to get back home to my switch and play the hell out of it. and also Kirby and the Forgotten Land since I haven't finished that yet either
