Back in the day girls, this was the song to dance to in the disco-complete with lighted floors and a disco ball that causes light to bounce off it's many surfaces. When Lionel sang, everyone "got down" and danced. The excitement of the music just made you feel like you could dance on the ceiling. The music video where they used a rotating stage made it look like he was really dancing on the ceiling. It wasn't drug induced then, it was music induced happy. Thank you Lionel. Thank you REFIT.

I love yalls work out. I do zumba here at Oak Park elem school after school out for the community to come and do to get fit. Still working on getting more to come, but with these I think there more upbeat and has a little for every taste. Thanks so much

This is one of those routines/songs that your class will absolutely love or think that you were abducted by aliens. I love it. However, I'll probably use for my Gold class with a few modifications. Thank you for posting. I always enjoy your stuff.
